We had a great morning together! Our first big task of the morning was to organize the huge pile of supplies on our desks
We met some new friends and saw some familiar faces from last year. We took a tour of the building and met Mrs. Lindgren, the new art teacher. After our tour we had snack while listening to the story Wemberly Worried. We talked about how it is important for us to work together so that everyone in the class is able to learn. The students used post it notes to fill in their ideas on charts. (See pictures below)
Working together we wrote a class statement to help ensure that we are all able to do our best.
I am looking forward to year full of fun and learning with these wonderful boys and girls.
